Order Acceptance Policy

Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. & reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. & reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by & Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. & may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled only if that item is backordered and not available to ship.  Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be canceled. & reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.


At &, we make every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information.  Due to the fact that our online store consists of over 300,000 computer-related products, an other none related products an item may not always be in stock. & will accept orders for out-of-stock items.  If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. On orders with backordered items, you are not charged for out of stock items, until they ship, Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be canceled at ANY time prior to shipping. We will remove bulk packaging to save on shipping costs if requested at time of order, only

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, & shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. & shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, & shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy

There are NO returns for opened non-defective product. This follows all manufacturer policies and therefore no exceptions can be made.

Before returning any defective item, it is necessary to contact our Customer Service Department for return instructions.
No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We accept no responsibility for products returned without an RMA number.

For a product that is determined to be defective within 15 days from date of purchase, Return instructions and replacement product will be issued by us. After 15 days from purchase date all product is covered by the manufacturers warranty policy.

We reserve the right to instruct the client to obtain a case number from the manufacturer that verifies the item is in fact defective.

All non-defective, unopened returns, are subject to a 20%, $ 40.00 minimum, restocking fee, whichever is greater. Shipping costs are extra, and are the responsibility of the client.

Credits to charge cards may take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt of the returned product. A credit will not begin processing until we have received the returned product. Items found to be non defective will be returned to the client at their expense.

Defective software:

Please note that defective software may be returned for replacement only. Defective software cannot be returned for credit.

Defective hardware:

Within the 15 days from date of purchase, any defective hardware will have an RMA issued following policies and guidelines that are in place directly from each manufacturer. Return instructions will be provided. It is the responsibility of the client to follow and return the products in a timely manner to the warehouse location that is provided.

In some instances the manufacturer may request that the return/replacement/ repair is to be taken care of by them directly, at which time we will provide that instruction. In some cases, to help facilitate a return, the manufacturer may instruct the client to contact them to obtain a case number that confirms the item is defective.

Shipping Policy - USA

Shipping charges are calculated starting at $20.00.  All shipping is by Canada Post Parcel, UPS or Purolator.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
* An additional charge of $85.00 will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of & or the courier. & reserves the right to review shipping.  

Shipping Policy - Canada

Shipping charges are calculated starting at $16.00.  All shipping is by Canada Post Parcel, UPS or Purolator.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Some items will qualify for free shipping, if minimum orders are met.
* An additional charge of $75.00 will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of & or the courier. & reserves the right to review shipping.  

Most in stock order ship same day, although that does not mean that you will receive your order next day express shipping is available at extra charge,  Your order will not ship until after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

Note: Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.  

Sales Tax - USA will not charge sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in the USA.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for any tax's or duty charged by you customs.

Sales Tax - Canada

Canada residents pay HST. that is payable in there Provence

Purchases from outside Canada are tax exempt.
This site uses pricing in Canadian (CDN$) currency.

Credit Cards accepts Visa and MasterCard American Express or back transfers only! Paypal maybe used, a 3% service charge will apply. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase.  Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. Manufacturer's Warranty

All returns and replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer anytime after the first 15 days of invoice. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers.  Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.  Please contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information.  Do not be taken by 3rd party warrantees that big box stores offer, buy direct from manufacturer, we sell only manufacturer warranties, I my self have be taken by every 3rd party insuring company, to this day I am still waiting for a settlement from a laptop I bought 10 years ago, they only want to pay less then $0.50 on the dollar for a none reparable unit, before that many warranty problem that would have been looked after gladly by the manufacturer was down right refused by the 3rd party company..
